CHAPITRE 1 \u2010 NORMES DE SECURITE APPLICABLES A TOUS LES IMMEUBLES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SECTION 1 \u2010 DISPOSITIONS GENERALES RELATIVES A LA PROTECTION CONTRE L\u2019INCENDIE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOUS\u2010SECTION 1 \u2010 DISPOSITIONS APPLICABLES A TOUTES SORTES D\u2019IMMEUBLES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.320.\u2010 La disposition des locaux, les structures, les mat\u00e9riaux et l\u2019\u00e9quipement des b\u00e2timents doivent permettre la protection des occupants contre l\u2019incendie. Les installations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre conformes \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.321.\u2010 Les locaux qui, par leur nature ou leur destination, peuvent constituer un danger d\u2019incendie ou d\u2019asphyxie doivent \u00eatre isol\u00e9s. Leur construction doit permettre aux occupants, en cas d\u2019incendie, soit de d\u2019\u00e9vacuer l\u2019immeuble sans secours ext\u00e9rieur, soit de recevoir de tels secours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOUS\u2010SECTION 2 \u2010 CLASSIFICATION DES MATERIAUX DE CONSTRUCTION EN FONCTION DE LEUR RESISTANCE ET DE LEUR REACTION AUX INCENDIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.322.\u2010 Les mat\u00e9riaux et \u00e9l\u00e9ments de construction sont class\u00e9s en diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories en fonction de leur comportement en cas d\u2019incendie en fonction des deux crit\u00e8res suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u00b7  la r\u00e9action au feu, c\u2019est\u2010\u00e0\u2010dire la capacit\u00e9 de combustion du mat\u00e9riau et l\u2019impact de la combustion sur le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019incendie ; et<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7  la r\u00e9sistance au feu, c\u2019est\u2010\u00e0\u2010dire la capacit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 conserver ses principales fonctions et \u00e9quipements malgr\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un incendie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.323.\u2010 La r\u00e9action au feu se d\u00e9termine eu \u00e9gard, d\u2019une part, \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 de chaleur d\u00e9gag\u00e9e lors de la combustion et, d\u2019autre part, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence ou l\u2019absence de gaz ou liquides inflammables. La classification adopt\u00e9e diff\u00e9rencie les mat\u00e9riaux selon leur combustibilit\u00e9. Dans l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se o\u00f9 les mat\u00e9riaux ne seraient incombustibles, la classification indique le degr\u00e9 plus ou moins grand d\u2019inflammabilit\u00e9. Art.324.\u2010 La classification au point de vue de la r\u00e9sistance au feu est \u00e9tablie en tenant compte du temps pendant lequel sont satisfaites des conditions impos\u00e9es relatives, soit \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, soit \u00e0 l\u2019isolation thermique, soit \u00e0 ces deux crit\u00e8res cumul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Art.325.\u2010 Les diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories de classification, tant en ce qui concerne la r\u00e9action au feu que la r\u00e9sistance au feu, sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par voie r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.326.\u2010 Classification des mat\u00e9riaux de construction intervenant conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions ci\u2010dessus fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une homologation dans des conditions fix\u00e9es par d\u00e9cret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.327.\u2010 En cas de non\u2010respect des normes sp\u00e9ciales ci\u2010dessus \u00e9voqu\u00e9es, les dispositions relatives aux normes g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sont applicables.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
