CHAPITRE 11 \u2010 PARCS DE STATIONNEMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.296.\u2010 Pour la construction de parcs de stationnement dans les immeubles de toute nature, les normes de constructions relatives \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 des parcs de stationnement et aux conditions techniques des parcs de stationnement de voitures particuli\u00e8res sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par voie r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.297.\u2010 L\u2019am\u00e9nagement de tout parc de stationnement devra respecter les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par voie r\u00e9glementaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Art.298.\u2010 Des d\u00e9rogations aux normes fix\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9sent chapitre et les dispositions r\u00e9glementaires y aff\u00e9rents, pourront \u00eatre accord\u00e9es par d\u00e9cision motiv\u00e9e du Ministre de la Construction et de l\u2019Urbanisme, sur avis conforme de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de la gestion de la voie publique desservant l\u2019immeuble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Art.299.\u2010 Les pr\u00e9fets, les maires des communes, le directeur central de l\u2019Urbanisme, les directeurs r\u00e9gionaux de la Construction et de l\u2019Urbanisme sont charg\u00e9s, chacun en ce qui le concerne, du contr\u00f4le du respect du pr\u00e9sent chapitre.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
