{"id":6780,"date":"2020-10-24T14:52:05","date_gmt":"2020-10-24T14:52:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/biim.ci\/?p=6780"},"modified":"2020-10-24T14:52:06","modified_gmt":"2020-10-24T14:52:06","slug":"code-de-la-construction-et-de-lhabitat-cote-divoire-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biim.ci\/en\/code-de-la-construction-et-de-lhabitat-cote-divoire-23\/","title":{"rendered":"CODE DE LA CONSTRUCTION ET DE L\u2019HABITAT COTE D\u2019IVOIRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SOUS\u2010TITRE 1 \u2010 NORMES GENERALES DE CONSTRUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CHAPITRE 10 \u2010 PROTECTION CONTRE LES RISQUES NATURELS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.293.\u2010 La construction doit \u00eatre telle qu\u2019elle r\u00e9siste dans son ensemble et dans chacun de ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l\u2019effet combin\u00e9 de son propre poids, des facteurs climatiques et des surcharges correspondant \u00e0 son usage normal, notamment aux coups de vents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.294.\u2010 Dans les zones particuli\u00e8rement expos\u00e9es \u00e0 un risque sismique ou cyclonique, des r\u00e8gles particuli\u00e8res de construction parasismiques ou para cycloniques doivent \u00eatre impos\u00e9es aux \u00e9quipements, aux b\u00e2timents et aux installations dans les cas et selon la proc\u00e9dure pr\u00e9vue par voie r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.295.\u2010 Les conditions dans lesquelles, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019ach\u00e8vement des travaux de b\u00e2timents soumis \u00e0 autorisation de construire, le maitre d\u2019ouvrage doit fournir \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 qui a d\u00e9livr\u00e9 ce permis un document \u00e9tabli par un organe de contr\u00f4le vis\u00e9 au chapitre 3 du sous\u2010titre 2 du titre 1 du pr\u00e9sent livre, attestant que le ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage a tenu compte de ses avis sur le respect des r\u00e8gles de construction parasismiques et paracycloniques pr\u00e9vues au pr\u00e9sent chapitre sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par voie r\u00e9glementaire.
