{"id":6726,"date":"2020-10-23T18:05:57","date_gmt":"2020-10-23T18:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/biim.ci\/?p=6726"},"modified":"2020-10-23T18:05:58","modified_gmt":"2020-10-23T18:05:58","slug":"code-de-la-construction-et-de-lhabitat-cote-divoire-8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biim.ci\/en\/code-de-la-construction-et-de-lhabitat-cote-divoire-8\/","title":{"rendered":"CODE DE LA CONSTRUCTION ET DE L\u2019HABITAT COTE D\u2019IVOIRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LIVRE 1 \u2010 CONSTRUCTION DE L\u2019IMMEUBLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TITRE 1 \u2010 REGLES DE LA CONSTRUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SOUS\u2010TITRE 5 \u2010 CERTIFICAT DE CONFORMITE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.69.\u2010 Toute construction neuve ou modifi\u00e9e, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on permanente, quel que soit l\u2019usage final, ne peut \u00eatre occup\u00e9e que lorsque le service charg\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement du permis de construire ou de modifier, a constat\u00e9 que les dispositions de l\u2019ouvrage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 concordent exactement avec les plans et autres pi\u00e8ces approuv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.70.\u2010 La conformit\u00e9 des travaux ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s \u00e0 celle des travaux autoris\u00e9s par l\u2019administration comp\u00e9tente, est sanctionn\u00e9e par la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019un certificat de conformit\u00e9 au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.71.\u2010 Le ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage \u00e0 travers l\u2019architecte ou l\u2019entrepreneur est tenu d\u2019effectuer une d\u00e9claration de parfait ach\u00e8vement des travaux mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9 par un rapport de fin de chantier.
