Cette \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 :<br>\u2022 Faire la publicit\u00e9 et mette en valeur le bien<br>\u2022 mise en location<br>\u2022 Organisation des visite de la r\u00e9sidences<br>\u2022 Etude des dossiers locataires pour s\u00e9lectionner le bon candidat<br>\u2022 R\u00e9daction des contrats de location<br>\u2022 Etat des lieux d\u2019entr\u00e9e (\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un document descriptif faisant l\u2019inventaire d\u2019un espace mis en location)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puis vient le moment de la gestion du bien en cours de location.
