TITRE 1 \u2010 REGLES DE LA CONSTRUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOUS\u2010TITRE 5 \u2010 CERTIFICAT DE CONFORMITE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.69.\u2010 Toute construction neuve ou modifi\u00e9e, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on permanente, quel que soit l\u2019usage final, ne peut \u00eatre occup\u00e9e que lorsque le service charg\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement du permis de construire ou de modifier, a constat\u00e9 que les dispositions de l\u2019ouvrage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 concordent exactement avec les plans et autres pi\u00e8ces approuv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.70.\u2010 La conformit\u00e9 des travaux ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s \u00e0 celle des travaux autoris\u00e9s par l\u2019administration comp\u00e9tente, est sanctionn\u00e9e par la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019un certificat de conformit\u00e9 au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.71.\u2010 Le ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage \u00e0 travers l\u2019architecte ou l\u2019entrepreneur est tenu d\u2019effectuer une d\u00e9claration de parfait ach\u00e8vement des travaux mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9 par un rapport de fin de chantier. Le certificat de conformit\u00e9 est d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par l\u2019autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente avant la mise en exploitation du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.72.\u2010 Lorsque le certificat de conformit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas d\u00e9livr\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai de quinze jours et sans justification notifi\u00e9e, le ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage peut occuper et exploiter les locaux si une autorisation d\u2019ouverture pr\u00e9alable, indispensable \u00e0 l\u2019exercice de l\u2019activit\u00e9 devant y \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9e n\u2019est pas exig\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.73.\u2010 Un arr\u00eat\u00e9 du Ministre charg\u00e9 de la Construction fixe les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tablissement du certificat de conformit\u00e9.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
